Let's be honest. Change is not easy, and when it comes to changing your habits around health, mindset, and lifestyle, it might be even more challenging. We are often successful at creating a solid belief system that justifies why we should not change and stay in our comfort zone. However, deep inside, we know that at some point, we need to change because we deserve a better life, peace, and joy.

Our dreams can only come true when we ACT on them, and they can bring us happiness only if they are aligned with our CORE being. Not the ideas and beliefs that are imposed on us by others (such as parents, family, society, etc.), consciously or subconsciously, but only the ones that come from our essence, our true selves. Hence, we came up with our brand name, CoReACTS.

How can we become authentic again as we were when we were kids? How can we create and sustain a change for the rest of our lives? How do we explore that? Where do we start? What does the path look like? All the answers to these questions are embedded in our name, CoReACTS, too. Our name is an acronym of various terms that form the framework for the change we want to create and sustain for a better life.

Concentration signifies the focused attention and mental clarity to enhance productivity and achieve goals.

Sustainability emphasizes the commitment to long-term well-being, both for oneself and the broader environment.

Coherence happens when our body, mind, heart and soul meet and are aligned. A harmonious state that matches our deeds with our needs. When we act and live authentically, we are not controlled by our self-limiting beliefs, negative thoughts and false perceptions that are taught to us or stem from traumatic event responses. This leads us to experience life as a peaceful, joyful and zestful place.

Coherence is an essential component of any healing process and having vibrant health.

When we are physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually resilient, no matter what the world throws on us we can stay strong and peaceful at the same time. It is the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment without losing the authenticity and sense of self. Developing positive attitude and growing mindset is crucial when it comes to become a resilient person. Compassion towards ourselves and others, gratitude and loving kindness are the qualities that build and keep resilience alive. Through resilience we can face the challenges towards creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Awareness is our first step to take towards our well-being. Setting healthier lifestyle change goals depends on the fact that we become aware of our health issues if it is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. Becoming aware of the facts that are disturbing, limiting or even hindering us from being the best version of ourselves requires to slow down and observe.

A pinch of curiosity can make this process even enjoyable. When we become aware of our character strengths for example, they can support us during hard time of facing and even accepting the reality as it is. From here we can grow and flourish if we follow the next step which is concentrating on the issue.

Your focus determines your experience and your experience wires your brain. In order to start the changing process, it is not enough to be mindful about the topic but we need to concentrate on that.

When we bring our focus on something, our brain starts to function more efficiently. But if we want to get deeper and create stronger results, we need to focus on our senses first as we do in meditation. Our senses are gateways to our subconscious mind which rules our behaviour and life experience by far. After getting insights from our body and understanding of what we need to do from our mind, we reach our next step of taking action.

Taking action is our core step when we talk about creating change. Our dreams can come true only if we act. Every change needs action. This step might sound easy, but we must act at the right amount, at the right time and in the right direction.

We prefer taking small steps and building upon those steps an entirely new habit and even lifestyle. It is natural to experience throwbacks on the way, and the important thing is to be mindful of the resistance, stay focused on the goal and try other ways to act on it. Flexibility is key when designing the most authentic and efficient way to change our habits.

When we act, create changes and start to get results, we naturally get excited. However, it does not mean that we are done creating lasting changes towards healthy lifestyle factors in our life. At this point, we need determination and resilience to overcome our brain's tendency to return to its comfort zone where it lived until now.
