Aligned with the Functional Medicine and Nutrition approach, this course aims to provide you with a comprehensive perspective on healthy nutrition and hydration. From the standpoint of "You are what you eat" and "All diseases start in the gut," we will explore the relationship between our food choices and their effects on our bodily systems, such as the digestive, immune, nervous, and hormonal systems.

We will not only discuss what to eat and what not to eat, but also delve deeper into why we eat, when we eat, how we eat, and with whom we eat. Additionally, we will examine how our emotional needs, social interactions, and cultural structure influence our food choices.
